Electrical and electronic expertise made easy - thanks to Hella
Article of 19.05.2010
Lippstadt, May 2010. Hella is a competent partner for the wholesale trade and workshops, offering a comprehensive range of electrical and electronic products with good market coverage. The company is constantly expanding this range, for example, by recently adding new products to its portfolio of installation materials. In addition, Hella provides workshops with ongoing support to help them improve their technical expertise. After all, the level of requisite expertise is growing constantly with the increasing number of electronic components in vehicles. From June onwards, workshops can therefore obtain practical support for their everyday work as part of Hella's 2010 electrical and electronic systems campaign. Key elements of this campaign include a comprehensive brochure and a practical poster. The technical poster for "sensors and actuators in the air intake system" offers tips on fault identification, in addition to information about possible causes of the failure. Moreover, short technical videos are available on the internet, focusing on topics such as throttle valves, mass airflow sensors and manifold absolute pressure sensors, to provide quick and constructive help to workshops in addressing various technical problems. An online expertise tool is also available: Workshops can register free of charge as users with the Hella Aftermarket Club to gain access to a huge database of technical information and to experience automotive engineering - such as vehicle parts, components and functions - in animated 3-D technology.
